We specialize in the projects where craftsmanship actually shows. Fireplace surrounds and hearths that anchor a living room. Bathrooms with a layout that feels considered instead of crowded. Kitchen backsplashes that pull the whole space together. We also work on vintage homes, where every cut, angle, and pattern has to respect the character already there. Warm floor systems, electric or hydraulic, are another part of what we offer for clients who want comfort built into the design.

We set clear boundaries because the work only holds up when the scope is right. We prefer time and materials pricing because it keeps the process honest and predictable. Hourly work is billed at 125 when needed. We do not take grout repair jobs because they rarely solve the real problem and they don’t line up with the standard we hold for long lasting results.
